How do you decide what counts as a 'load'?+
Pricing is based on how much space your junk takes up in our trailer, not by weight or by the hour. We size every job in person before we quote a final number, so you're only ever paying for the room you actually use.
Is the price on the phone the price I pay?+
If what you describe on the phone matches what we see on-site, yes. We confirm the exact price with you in person before we touch anything, so there's never a surprise number at the end.
Do you charge extra for stairs, heavy items, or long carries?+
Most jobs don't have add-on fees. In the rare case something changes the scope significantly, like a piano on a third floor with no elevator, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
Is disposal, sweeping, and hauling included in the price?+
Yes. Loading, hauling, sweeping up the area afterward, and responsible disposal or donation drop-off are all included in every quote. There's no separate cleanup fee.
What if my job is between two sizes?+
Tell us what you're getting rid of when you call or text and we'll give you a realistic range on the phone, then lock in the exact price on-site. Most jobs land clearly in one tier once we see the pile in person.
