Pricing
How much does junk removal cost in Oxford, MS?+
Our pricing is volume-based and starts at $149 for a Small Load, up to $499+ for a full Trailer Load. See our Pricing page for the full breakdown. You'll always get a firm price confirmed on-site before we start.
Do you charge by the hour or by weight?+
Neither. We price based on how much space your items take up in the trailer. That means no clock-watching and no scale, just a clear, predictable number.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?+
No. The price we confirm on-site includes labor, hauling, sweeping up, and disposal. If the job matches what was described on the phone, that's the number you pay.
What We Take
What items do you take?+
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, yard waste and brush, construction and remodel debris, and full estate or property cleanouts. See our Services page for detailed lists by category.
What items can't you take?+
We don't handle hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask when you call, we'll tell you straight.
Do you take items that are broken or damaged?+
Yes. Condition doesn't matter for junk removal, we're not a donation-only pickup. Usable items get routed to donation when possible, everything else is hauled and disposed of responsibly.
Service Area
What areas do you serve?+
Oxford and all of Lafayette County, plus University, Abbeville, Water Valley, and Batesville. See our Service Area page for details on each town.
Do you serve areas outside Lafayette County?+
Yes, we regularly take jobs in Water Valley and Batesville. If you're just outside our usual radius, call or text and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Scheduling
How fast can you get to me?+
Most calls get same-day service if you reach us in the morning. We're open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm, so evenings and weekends are no problem.
Can I text you instead of calling?+
Yes. Text (662) 912-0777 with a quick description or photo of what you need hauled and we'll text back a price range.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?+
For most residential jobs, yes, so we can confirm the price with you before we start. For rental turnovers or landlord jobs, we can coordinate lockbox or gate access in advance.

Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. True North Junk Hauling is a licensed and insured local business. That coverage protects your property during every job.
Are you a local company or a national franchise?+
We're locally owned and operated in Oxford, not a franchise location or a dispatch app that routes your job to a random contractor.
Disposal
What happens to my junk after you haul it away?+
We sort every load: usable furniture and goods go to local donation centers when possible, metal and appliances get recycled, and only what's left goes to the landfill. Read our full breakdown on the Resources page.
Student Move-Outs
Do you offer special scheduling for Ole Miss move-out weekends?+
Yes, this is one of our specialties. We add crews specifically for May and August move-out crunch weeks, see our Student Move-Outs service page for details.
